MVS Solves ("MVS Solves," "we," "us," or "our") is an independently operated digital services business based in Brea, California, USA, providing website design, online booking systems, automation, and AI assistant services to small and medium-sized businesses worldwide. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit mvssolves.com (the "Site") or use our services (the "Services").
As a California business, our processing of personal information is primarily governed by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA") — see Section 7. Because we also serve clients and visitors internationally, this policy additionally addresses relevant rights under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") where applicable.
By using the Site or Services, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy.

- Scheduling and appointment information when you book a call through our booking system
- Payment and billing information when you purchase a plan (processed by our third-party payment processor — see Section 4)
- Any other information you choose to include in messages to us
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, time spent on the Site, and referring website
- General location information inferred from your IP address
Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some Site functionality.
2. How We Use Information, and Our Legal Basis
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services you request
- Process bookings, payments, and free trial sign-ups
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
- Send service-related communications, including billing notices and updates about your account
- Send marketing communications, where you have opted in (you may unsubscribe at any time)
- Monitor and improve the Site and our Services
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse
We only process personal information where we have a lawful basis to do so: because it is necessary to perform a contract with you (e.g. delivering a Service you purchased), because you have given consent (e.g. opting into marketing), because it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, or because we have a legitimate business interest that does not override your rights (e.g. basic Site analytics, fraud prevention).
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers ("operators"/processors) who perform functions on our behalf, including our online booking/scheduling provider (Cal.com), payment processor, website hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare), and email delivery provider. These providers act on our instruction and are only permitted to use your information to perform services for us, under confidentiality and data-protection commitments consistent with Section 7.
- Legal and safety purposes, where required to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or investigate fraud or security issues.
- Business transfers, if MVS Solves is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Payment Information
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. MVS Solves does not store your full payment card details. Your payment information is subject to the privacy policy and terms of our payment processor.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your information
- Withdraw previously given consent, where processing is based on consent
California residents: Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. MVS Solves does not sell personal information.
EU/UK residents: Where GDPR applies, you have the rights described above plus the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12.
7. CCPA — California Data Protection
MVS Solves is the Business, as defined under the CCPA/CPRA, for personal information processed through the Site and Services. Martin, as the operator of MVS Solves, can be reached using the contact details in Section 12 for any CCPA-related requests.
Where MVS Solves builds or operates a booking system, automation, or AI assistant on behalf of a client business, MVS Solves typically acts as a Service Provider processing that client's own customer data strictly on the client's instruction — the client remains the Business responsible for its own end-customers' personal information, and is responsible for its own CCPA compliance toward them (including obtaining any consents it needs).
In addition to the rights in Section 6, California residents have the right to lodge a complaint with the California Privacy Protection Agency if they believe their information has been processed unlawfully (cppa.ca.gov).
Security incidents. If we become aware of a security incident that has compromised or may compromise your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and, where required, relevant regulators, as soon as reasonably possible and consistent with applicable law.
8. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers (for example, our hosting/CDN provider and booking platform) store or process information outside the United States, including in the European Union. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected — including relying on the recipient being subject to a law, binding agreement, or set of rules that provides an adequate, comparable level of protection, or obtaining your consent to the transfer.
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls on the systems we operate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site and Services are directed at businesses and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as scheduling and payment tools). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you interact with.
