What you're actually buying

Not panels. Thirty years of a bill that stops moving.

One crew. Four stages.
No subcontractors.

01

Survey & shade model

Drone capture of the roof plane, then a 12-month irradiance model against your actual utility interval data — not a national average.

  • Structural load check on every array line
  • Panel-level shade loss modelled hour by hour
  • Written production estimate you can hold us to

02

Permits & interconnection

We file the AHJ permit and the utility interconnection the same week the design is signed. You sign twice. That's it.

  • City plan-check corrections handled in-house
  • Utility PTO tracked to approval
  • All incentive paperwork filed for you

03

Install & storage

Two days on a typical residential array. Battery and EV charger land on the same visit so your walls only open once.

  • Flashed penetrations, 25-year leak warranty
  • Battery sized to your evening load, not the brochure
  • Level 2 charger on a dedicated circuit

04

Commission & monitor

You get panel-level telemetry and a human who reads it. If production drops below model for 30 days, we're on the roof — before you notice.

  • Per-panel output in one app
  • Proactive fault alerts, no ticket required
  • Annual performance report against the original model

Do I need a new roof first?

If your roof has under seven years left, we'll say so at survey and hold the install. Putting a 25-year array on a failing roof costs you twice.

What happens on a cloudy week?

The system stays grid-tied. You draw from the grid or the battery as needed — production dips, supply doesn't.

Who handles the utility paperwork?

We do, end to end: AHJ permit, plan check corrections, interconnection application and PTO. You sign the design and the final acceptance.

Is the estimate above binding?

No. It's modelled from your bill and roof area. The binding number comes after the survey, and it has been within 6% of the estimate on our last 200 jobs.

Can I add a battery later?

Yes — we pre-wire every install for storage at no extra cost, so a later battery is a half-day job instead of a rewire.
